The hotel’s second restaurant serves Chinese cooking — noodles, rice, steamed and stir-fried dishes and the day’s fish — with a menu made for sharing around the table.

Wood-fired seafood with your feet in the sand.
A grill on the sand under a canopy of lanterns. The menu follows the day’s catch — yellowfin tuna, wahoo and reef fish — grilled over coconut husk and served with island greens and lime.

Raw fish cured in lime and coconut, six ways.
Fresh fish cured in citrus and finished with coconut cream, chilli and coriander — a favourite across the Pacific — served alongside tuna sashimi, prawns and a vegan young-coconut version, with chilled wines by the glass.

All-day dining and a breakfast worth getting up for.
Breakfast runs from tropical fruit, fresh-baked pastries and an egg station to island favourites. Lunch and dinner move between Pacific classics and comfort food.

The hotel faces east, so the day begins over the sea. The lounge opens early for coffee and stays late for rum cocktails made with fresh pineapple and ginger, with live acoustic music most evenings.

Half in the pool, half in the shade. Cold-pressed juices, fresh coconuts, frozen cocktails and a short menu of pizzas, fish tacos and poke bowls — delivered to your lounger if you would rather not move.
