Each Standard Room has two single beds. Like every room at the Manor it is fully air-conditioned, with a refrigerator to keep your refreshments cool, a television and tea- and coffee-making facilities — a comfortable, straightforward base a short walk from the pool and the restaurants.

Garden view

A free-standing thatched bure set among frangipani, heliconia and coconut palms, two minutes’ walk from the pool. Inside, a vaulted ceiling of woven bamboo, a king bed dressed in cool linen and a bathroom that opens to a private outdoor rain shower. The verandah has a daybed made for the hour after lunch.

A corner suite at the water’s edge with a separate living room and a terrace wide enough for breakfast for four. Floor-to-ceiling doors slide fully open so the sitting room becomes part of the terrace. The bathroom has twin vanities, a freestanding tub and a walk-in rain shower.

Beachfront

Step off your deck and onto the sand. Each beachfront bure has its own plunge pool, a shaded cabana and an outdoor bathroom garden with a stone tub. A dedicated butler looks after the details — the pool towels, the afternoon coconut, the table on the beach at sunset.

Overwater

Six bures stand on stilts over the lagoon at the end of a timber jetty. A glass panel in the floor frames the reef fish below; a ladder from the sundeck drops straight into the water. Adults only, with butler service, sunset canapés and breakfast delivered by outrigger canoe.

Beachfront

The finest house on the bay: a two-bedroom beachfront villa around a 15-metre infinity pool, with a dining pavilion, a private spa room and its own stretch of sand. A butler, a private chef on request and a buggy to take you anywhere on the grounds. Return airport transfers are included.
